We work exclusively with sustainable, ethically sourced materials such as pure cashmere, mulberry silk, and superfine wool. Each garment is developed in close collaboration with certified eco-friendly farms in Inner Mongolia, ensuring the highest standards of traceability, softness, and warmth.

What Makes Our Cashmere Different?
At DARA MARCO, we believe softness should never come at the cost of suffering.
Our cashmere is ethically sourced from Inner Mongolian farms where goats are treated with respect, not restraint.
Unlike conventional cashmere production — where animals are forcibly sheared or over-combed in high-stress environments — our partner herders only collect naturally molted undercoat fibers during the spring shedding season.
This gentle, seasonal collection ensures:
• No physical harm to animals
• Reduced stress levels
• Maintenance of healthy coats and ecosystems

We only work with herders and suppliers who meet or exceed the following international animal welfare standards:
